Fort Gordon Contracts

Renovation of Buildings 41201 & 41202
Removed building contents, interior walls, performed a full abatement of asbestos and lead-based paint, disassembled the HVAC duct system cleaned and replaced, removed the existing roof and replaced, installed new insulation in the attic, placed drywall on the ceilings, and light fixtures. Painted the interior and exterior of the buildings. Projects completed in 2018.

Darling Hall Wall Partitions, Rooms 188 & 229

Removed and installed wall partitions in rooms 188 and 229. Completed projects ahead of the construction schedule. Projects completed to the customer's satisfaction in 2017.

Renovation of RCC-1, RCC-2, RCC-3

Provided mold remediation. Removed the ceiling tiles, insulation, roof, and portions of the structure. Installed new roof decking as need and installed a new roof, spray foam insulation, drop down ceilings, installed light fixtures, and HVAC vents. Projects completed to the customer's satisfaction ahead of schedule in 2017.
